In today’s world, with everything being so fast paced and you having to keep up with everything, people like me (old and unwise) can have a very tough time staying with the flow. I had been in the military service for over 20 years and that made me too proud to bend down and do anything on my own.
I had a very good life while I was in the military, but when I retired, things changed too fast and I had to move with the current speed of life or else I would have been left behind with nothing to do. My wife wanted us to move to a quieter place and enjoy our retired life with our grand children, and by God she was right.
